GROWCap
The intended clients and users of Micro Business Loan are all regular and associate members of FCCT who are enterprising poor and micro-entrepreneurs in the field of micro-trading, microproduction, micro-service and in agriculture-related industries
Stability
A Stability Loan client is a graduate of GROWCap Loan or the near to EXPANSE client who is engaged in the business of trading, production and service either in commercial or agribusiness sectors.
EXPANSE
EXPANSE clients are the regular and associate members of FCCT having small enterprises
belonging to the sectors of agriculture, service, manufacturing, trading and the like; existing/operating for at least three (3) years; with business assets ranging from ₱ 1.6 Million to ₱ 15 Million; employs 10 to 99 persons including paid family members
BLOWER
BLOWER Loan is for bonafide Barangay Officials, private and public workers who are dependent on wages, salaries or honorarium to sustain their basic household needs.
BeLL
BeLL is a penetration strategy loan designed for areas with markets teeming with 5-6 loan operators. It employs the usual 5-6’s simple system that is already being adapted by clients but with huge
difference on the manner of distributing benefits of interest proceeds
Savings
WISE
Withdraw-able Savings made Easy (WISE) Deposit is a peso savings account that is accessible on demand. It is a safe extension pocket of the client for his/her cash needs. WISE is a requirement of every member of FCCT for him/her to be able to avail of other services offered by the coop.
FAST
Future Active Savers on Track (FAST) is a peso savings account for children aged 3 to 17 years old.
Multiplier Deposit
Multiplier Deposit is a savings facility where a client saves his/her earnings for a specific occasional and productive purpose. This deposit instrument enables the depositor to earn higher-than-average interest rate for a specific period of time
PESO
Pension and Education Savings Opportunity (PESO) is a long-term, locked-in special savings facility that performs as a pre-need plan specific
for education or pension. Its competitive interest is pre-determined for a fixed term.
Insurance
LPP
Loan Protection Plan (LPP) is a loan insurance product for all types of loans that will be applied at FCCT through a backing from an insurance company. This is to ensure that the loan will still be fully paid even if the borrower passes away.
Life-Savings
This is group term life insurance coverage for depositors of FCCT. It is designed to give life insurance benefit equal to the amount of share capital/fixed deposit and savings of members.
